Cancellation Policy

At Quitta’s Pawsome Walks, I keep things simple, transparent, and fair. To ensure a great experience for you and your pup, here’s what you need to know about my services and memberships: General Policies (Applies to All Services & Memberships) No refunds. All booking purchases are final. No credits or rollovers. Walk packages and memberships must be used within the month. This keeps your pup on a routine! Rescheduling: Walks may be shortened or rescheduled due to extreme weather. Dog behavior matters. I do not accept dogs with a history of biting or harmful aggression. Shy or anxious dogs are welcome unless their fear response includes biting or fighting. Treats: I only provide treats if you supply them (until I’ve built trust with your dog). Pick-up & Drop-off: Only offered for Zoomie Gold members due to field trips. 🎟 Walk Packages (Pawesome Walk Packs) Walk packages must be used within the month—they expire if unused. Walks are scheduled based on availability—priority goes to membership clients. 🏆 Membership Policies (Neighborhood Paws & Zoomie Gold) Memberships are billed monthly—no rollovers. Priority booking is given to members, including last-minute/same-day booking for Zoomie Gold. Memberships come with exclusive perks, including discounts, special events, and priority scheduling. By booking a walk, purchasing a package, or signing up for a membership, you agree to these policies. My goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service while ensuring fairness and consistency for all my clients.
